What is a Delivery Bistro meal kit subscription?
When you sign up for our 2-Person or 4-Person Plan, you will become a subscriber and receive your preferred number of meals each week until you pause or cancel your subscription. You may skip weeks within your account up to 3:00 PM CST the Sunday 10 days before your delivery is scheduled to arrive or by emailing our Customer Service Team. Your subscription information may be viewed and modified on the Subscriptions tab within your account.
Do I have to sign up for a subscription?
No, starting April 2018, you can try our meal kits WITHOUT signing up for a subscription by purchasing them from our new Market.
Will I be locked into a contract?
No, we offer a flexible subscription plan that allows you to skip or cancel a delivery at any time, and we also offer a one-time meal kit purchase option from our new Market.
Can I choose which meals are delivered to me?
Yes. If you sign up for a subscription, you can select up to six each week for 2 or 4 people. To select your meals, visit the My Menu page after you’ve logged in. There you’ll see twelve choices for the upcoming week. To select your meals, click the + button on the recipes you’d like to try, and your selections will automatically be saved to your account.
What is your refund policy?
All of our products and services are backed by a freshness and quality guarantee. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. In the event that you’re missing an item upon delivery, let our Customer Service Team know, and we’ll do our best to make things right.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, you can pause your subscription up to 10 days prior to your next scheduled delivery. If you need to skip a week for any reason, log into your account and manage your subscription under the Subscriptions tab or Calendar page or contact our Customer Service Team here so we can pause it for you.
How do I cancel my subscription?
We’ve made cancelling your subscription easy. Simply log into your account, view the Subscriptions tab, click the “Cancel” button, and your subscription will be cancelled.
Where do you deliver?
Same-day local delivery is available in Eau Claire and Altoona every Tuesday, and next day delivery every Wednesday is available to other locations in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, and parts of Iowa and the Dakotas via Spee-Dee Delivery.
What is included in my delivery?
Each delivery includes all of the fresh ingredients you need to create the recipes you’ve selected. Your ingredients will arrive individually packaged for freshness and pre-portioned for easier cooking. We also send you a beautiful recipe card with step-by-step instructions so you can easily recreate our chef’s recipes at home.
How does the food stay fresh in transit?
We ship our meal kits using insulated boxes (for home deliveries) and bags (for local home or office deliveries), ice packs, and other recyclable packaging materials. In most cases, deliveries are packaged on Tuesday and will arrive at their final destinations by the end of the day Wednesday to ensure every ingredient remains fresh.
